Leah Dauer Murphy

Founder of Jane Hospitality. Industry veteran. Rooted in the unseen work of care.

After years advising hotel owners and investors across the country, Leah created Jane to restore hospitality to what it was always meant to be — thoughtful, soulful, and built around how people actually feel.

Based out of the Midwest, her work holds space for care, beauty, and belonging in a field that often forgets them.
